Dimension Development Company selected the VENZA® Denali package to provide a comprehensive security awareness training program, a policy template library, phishing campaigns, a personal program coach, posters/job aids, webinars and data breach coverage. The company operates 62 hotels in 14 states and is actively adding hotels and management contracts to its portfolio through acquisition, conversion and new-build activities. Dimension switched their training to VENZA because it required a program that was not only comprehensive but flexible, with a focus on the hospitality industry.

Dimension is based out of Natchitoches, LA, and includes such brands as Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott and InterContinental Hotels Group. “We chose VENZA because they provide a better training experience for our staff, a better solution across our portfolio and they are hospitality-focused,” said Ken Thompson, CHA Executive Vice President – Development & Administration. “We wanted a partner that would scale with us. As we quickly grow our portfolio in the coming year, we will require additional services.”
