ClubPay (www.clubpayroll.com) announced today two new clubs selected ClubPay as their full service payroll partner. ClubPay welcomes Bocaire Country Club of Boca Raton, Florida and Palm Aire Country Club of Sarasota, FL. Both clubs are scheduled to be fully migrated and processing payroll by the beginning of the second quarter.
“The first quarter is typically the slowest time of year for payroll migrations as many clubs make the changeover at the beginning of the year”, remarks Tom Howard, ClubPay President. “We are seeing this trend bucked as more clubs are agressively evaluating business processes in order to identify ways to reduce expense and improve efficiency without having a negative impact on service levels.
“It is interesting to note that our two newest clients are both transitioning to the full service payroll outsource model – one from a PEO and the other from in-house processing”, adds Howard. “This seems to support the ongoing trend of “smart outsourcing” we observed during 2009”.
